Say cheese!

The workshops keep rolling along - this time four lucky members spent a few hours slaving over boiling water and vats of milk, keeping an eagle eye on the temperature of the water and the milk to concoct some amazing cheeses - haloumi, feta and ricotta. Amid much laughter and a fair amount of stress, we were very pleasantly surprised at how much delicious cheese we produced. Check out the photos below - Chris and Nicky shared some of the ways they used the finished products over the following days, including haloumi salads, ricotta pancakes, zucchini and haloumi fritters, spinach and feta filo triangles. Yummmm.
