A small group of volunteers ran the sausage sizzle at the Yackandandah Lion's Club market in March. A big thanks to Chris and the small team who ran the barbeque. This was the second time the Yackandandah Women's Shed has run the sausage sizzle/barbeque successfully, and we've developed quite a reputation for being efficient and great to work with. We've been asked by the Lion's Club to be their emergency sausage sizzle team, which means we will fill in whenever the Lion's Club can't get a local community organisation to run the barbeque. Given that we are guaranteed $500 minimum each time, this is a great fundraising opportunity. Keep an eye out on our Facebook page for call outs for helpers.
