While we have been very grateful for the use of the Shack (aka the Men's Shed) during our first 12 months, we are more than happy to relocate to the Yackandandah Community Centre for the foreseeable future as our home for our fortnightly meet ups. Our first meet up at our new home was warm, cosy and welcoming. It was great to see a new member drop in and join up on the spot (welcome, Faye) and to see a couple of other members come along whom we hadn't seen in some time. The purpose of the meetups is simply to spend time in the company of other women, to work on projects, to share concerns, interests and opinions. From time to time we may have a collective project to work on - there will always be poppies! and
we are running the Christmas Fair again this year so watch out for some Christmas themed projects over the coming months!
